70% Cabernet Sauvignon 20% Merlot 10% Chardonnay
Components of the final blend were harvested, fermented and aged separately. The red components were left on skins for 15 days and plunged down twice daily to build palate weight and structure. The wine was aged in seasoned French oak for 10 months.
This is not your ordinary Cab Merlot, we added a splash of Chardonnay to plush up the mid palate.
