So packed with flavour, where to start? Well, the beginning is always a good place, yes, but it’s worth mentioning that this is so driven by racing-car fast acidity that flavours follow in its wake. Grapefruit, lemon-infused baked apple with creamed honey and moreish creamy, nutty lees, too, with slinky oak and its spice notes. No surprise the finish is persistent and uplifting.
