Arlewood Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Semillon

The varieties (split between 40/35/25%) are handpicked yet processed separately, fermented wild in tank and on lees for four months, then popped into old French oak for another four months without mlf. It’s come together as a complete, refreshing, and lively wine with some layers of flavour. Expect lots of tangy lemon/grapefruit, hints of passionfruit pith and guava, plus woodsy spices. A fine layer of creamy lees influence comes across the palate with a neat tug of phenolics along the way.
